Bar - Tabac - Restaurant - Bed and Breakfast - Function Room
We are Richard and Tina. We arrived in France, with our two children, in a motorhome in 2004 to look for a business and start a new life. After many adventures and numerous visits to estate agents, we decided to buy “Le Champsac”.

The bar is traditional French in style. You can meet the locals — both French and ex pats — play backgammon, chess, darts and we have a Pool table or just chat. Bar Snacks available at all times. 
We have an outdoor terrace, for relaxing. Enjoy a full meal, a snack, or just a quiet drink. There is also a beer garden, with welcome shade and a safe enclosed play area for children. We also are the only business in Champsac licensed to sell tobacco. Smoking is not permitted on the premises after 1 January 2008, because of a change in the law. Smoking is permitted in the gardens and on the terrace.
We provide free parking on site.
The family friendly Restaurant seats 20 people. It has a large log fire, original ornate panelling and views over the garden. Lunch served 12pm-2pm, Dinner 7pm-8.30pm.
On the first floor we have three double/triple en-suite bedrooms, with extra bed suitable for a child. They have recently been renovated and are available from €49 per room per night, based upon 2 people sharing. All rooms have central heating and Tea/Coffee making facilities. Cots and High Chairs can be provided subject to availability. (Please request these on booking). We provide a light Breakfast in the price of the room and also have a full breakfast menu available. Served between 8am-10am.
Pets are not allowed in rooms. We welcome children.

We are open all year
We also have a “salle de fetes” ( a large hall/function room) which is available for hire. The hall can seat 80 people for a meal or about 150 for a dance, we have had 350 people in the hall, but it was standing room only. We can offer a full catering package.
