Q: How do I contact you?

A: Go to the Contact Us page for our phone number and email address.

Q: What are the rooms like?

A: All the rooms are large and recently restored double bedrooms with en-suites shower rooms. The en-suites are modern and large offering double showers and we include all linens and towels. It is possible for extra beds to be put in the rooms to accommodate children. All the rooms have central heating, for winter guests.

Q: What facilities are there locally?

A: In Champsac there is a Bakers (with a post office and small shop), Butchers, hairdressers and Le Champsac. Champsac also has a 700 year old church with stunning stain glass windows. There are also tennis courts, rugby and football pitches. We have a small school and a local wine merchant. Champsac is also the home of the famous Delouis mustard.

Q: Are there beach or swimming facilities?

A: Approx 150kms to the Atlantic coast. The local area however offers many lake beaches, which are suitable for swimming, the nearest being a 10 mins drive.
In addition, Le Champsac has a terrace, beer garden, kids play area and a private rear garden. We have plenty of garden furniture with lots of shade and areas for sun bathing with a small plunge pool in the private garden for cooling off (3m round and 1m deep).

Q: Are there any local golf courses?

A: There are golf courses at St Junien, which is 20 mins drive away and a course in Limoges. It is possible to hire golf clubs.

Q: Are your premises suitable for the disabled?

A: We are very sorry, but the building is not suitable for wheelchair users.
